Draft status
These Terms are not legal advice and are not ready to publish. Counsel must supply final legal language for liability, disputes, consumer rights, governing law, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
1. Acceptance
Users must accept the final Terms, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines before creating a discoverable profile, matching, chatting, or using reveal features.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 18 or older, have authority to create their own account, and complete the required authentication and access gate before discovery, matching, chat, or reveal. The controlled beta uses 18+ self-attestation; stronger verification is expected after beta or before broader public launch.
3. Account integrity
Users may use a pseudonymous handle, but pseudonymous does not mean anonymous to the service. Users must not impersonate others, evade bans, create abusive duplicate accounts, automate access, or misrepresent verification state.
4. Service description
The service provides adults-only dating discovery using profile signals, limited Pulse cards, mutual resonance, time-limited chat, and consent-based reveal. Matching, chemistry, dates, relationships, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
5. User content
Users are responsible for the content they submit, including handles, prompts, interests, messages, reports, and reveal media if enabled. The service may host, display, process, moderate, preserve, or remove content as needed to operate the app and protect users.
6. Conduct
Users must follow the Community Guidelines. Harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, coercion, doxxing, scams, spam, impersonation, nudity or sexually explicit media in the beta, non-consensual media sharing, and attempts to bypass safety controls are not allowed.
7. Chat, reveal, and safety review
Ordinary chat may expire after the product-defined window. Reported messages and related evidence may be preserved for safety review. Reveal requires explicit mutual action through supported app controls, and one user cannot force another user to reveal.
8. Moderation and enforcement
The service may review reports and safety signals and may warn, limit, suspend, ban, remove content, revoke chat or reveal access, or take other product-level actions. Bad-faith reports may also be actioned.
9. Payments
Monetization is currently deferred for the submitted beta plan and paid UI should be hidden from submitted builds. If paid features are added later, store billing, restore purchases, subscription management, entitlements, refund handling, and reviewer instructions must be implemented before those features are visible.
10. Deletion and privacy
Users can request account deletion. Deletion may not immediately remove records needed for safety review, security, support, audit logs, legal compliance, or backups. The final Privacy Policy controls how data is handled.
11. Beta availability
Beta access may be limited, paused, changed, reset, or ended for product, safety, abuse-prevention, operational, or legal reasons, subject to the final privacy and deletion commitments.
12. Contact and legal terms
Final contact details, legal entity, governing law, dispute process, disclaimers, and liability terms are TBD and require counsel review before publication.
